Whether you’re six or 36, a trip to the science museum is sure to put a smile on your face. Add beer, bubbles and live music, and that smile turns into a Texas-sized grin. This Friday, learn about the science of bubbles as you sample beer from Wild Acre Brewing Company, explore the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History in a museum-wide scavenger hunt and enjoy tunes from the Squeezebox Bandits. Tickets are $20 per person for non-members, and $15 for members. Note: This is a 21+ event.

Since the 1950s, The Drifters have been shaking up the scene with their unmatched music. They’re the first African-American group to be inducted into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame, and the second most successful recording artists of all time. At this free concert, sit back in your lawn chair (or stand up and dance) while you listen the famous vocal group perform classics like Up on the Roof, There Goes My Baby and my personal favorite, Stand By Me.
