If you’re looking for a great holiday view and a great meal, look no further than Dee Lincoln Prime. This local restaurant is located at the Star in Frisco and is open on Christmas Eve. You won’t be disappointed by the festive decor all over the District. Head to OpenTable.com to make your reservations!
Buca di Beppo is one of the few Frisco Restaurants open on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. They’ll be serving up a family style menu from 11 AM to 10 PM on Christmas Day. For groups under 20, visit their website to make a reservation. Planning to bring the entire family? Call ahead and talk to the team about a larger reservation.
Barrel & Bones, located in the West 7th area of Fort Worth, will be open on Christmas Eve until 10 PM. I have no doubt in my mind that you can find something for everyone to enjoy on their menu (hello, MAC & CHEESE)! They also have a location in The Colony, if that’s closer to where you’ll be staying this holiday.
Bird Cafe is a Fort Worth gem! This delicious restaurant will be open for Christmas Eve brunch from 11 AM to 3 PM and Christmas Eve dinner from 3 PM to 10 PM. It will also be open on Christmas Day from 5 PM to 10 PM. Going to downtown Fort Worth during the holidays is absolutely magical, so plan on exploring Sundance Square before or after your meal.
Cast Iron, located inside the Omni Fort Worth, will be open both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. If you have family coming into town, you can suggest they stay at the Omni instead of your house…only to make dinner easier, of course! Reservations can be made here.
There’s one thing Dallas isn’t short of, and that’s steakhouses open on Christmas Eve! Who knew it was such a tradition for Dallasites? One of my favorites, Paul Martin’s American Grill, is open on Christmas Eve from 11 AM to 10 PM. You can make a reservation for lunch or dinner here.
Leave it to Buzzbrews to be open 24/7 at every location, even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Buzzbrews, you the real MVP! No need to make a reservation, just pop on in to any of their numerous locations throughout Dallas (and beyond).
City Hall Bistro is one of my ABSOLUTE favorite places in Dallas! For a fancy meal, you’ll want to visit this restaurant located in the historic Adolphus Hotel. The entire hotel gives you all the holiday feels, and it’s truly a must-visit in Downtown Dallas! City Hall will be open on Christmas Eve from 7 AM to 10 PM and accepts reservations on their website, CityHallBistro.com.
The recently-opened Knife Plano at The Shops at Willow Bend will be open on Christmas Eve, and Chef John Tesar is offering a Feast of the Seven Fishes Dinner. I’m drooling just thinking about it! Make your reservations for this decadent meal on OpenTable.com. If you’re in the mood for a feast but aren’t planning to be in Plano, Knife Dallas in Highland Park will also be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Fogo de Chao, located at Legacy West in Plano, is open both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The holiday churrasco feast will be served both days, and I promise you that you won’t leave hungry! Reservations can be made on FogodeChao.com.
Mignon, a Parisian bistro, is open on Christmas Eve from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM and from 11 AM to 9 PM on Christmas Day. They’re offering a prix-fixe menu for $69.96 on Christmas Eve, or you can enjoy an all-day buffet on Christmas Day for $59.95 per person. Make your reservations for one (or both) days online.
Southlake favorite, RA Sushi, will be open on Christmas day from 3 PM to 11 PM. They’ll have their full menu, as well as extended happy hour specials. Yes, you read that right, happy hour specials. If that doesn’t get you in the holiday spirit, I’m not sure what will!
Howard Wang’s will also be open on Christmas day from 5 PM to 10 PM. Although I haven’t been here yet, I’ve heard the atmosphere is chic, and the food is even more impressive. You can make reservations at OpenTable.com.
