You’ll be swept off your feet the second you see this stunning Dallas mansion! I think the tasting menu is phenomenal, because you get the opportunity to try a variety of their dishes. Even in your best outfit, you can likely expect to feel underdressed—The Mansion Restaurant is incredibly elegant. Cheers to that, am I right?!
Pro Tip: Turn your fancy dinner into a full-blown fancy getaway by staying at the hotel, Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek.
This one’s a dream come true: For 1.5 hours, you can cruise down Irving’s Mandalay Canal and Lake Carolyn with someone special while chowing down on Italian food. That’s right—It’s a three-course Italian dinner on a gondola. You’ll get to pick the food and trust me, you won’t be leaving hungry.
Out of anywhere on my list, this secret Dallas spot is #1 for where I’m DYING to go. Who wants to join me? While some couples have had their name on the list to get in for more than two years, maybe you’ve got some favor working for you! If you do happen to get in, you’ll sit at a communal table that seats twenty while enjoying delicious dishes made from scratch. Needless to say, I MUST GET IN!
You won’t need your classiest dress and heels at this Plano fave, but no matter what you wear, dining here will definitely make you feel special. Cafe Intermezzo, a classy restaurant at the Shops at Legacy, is open for all three meals. To top it off, they have cakes imported from Italy! Be sure to get either their coffee or hot chocolate to finish off your meal there. It’s delicious!
From what I’ve heard, this Dallas restaurant is a great spot for special occasions and accommodates big parties. The tables are spaced out well in the beautiful setting, so you have plenty of room for a romantic night out. If you’re into cocktails, this one’s for you. People rave about Abuacus’ selection! P.S. I’d suggest getting dressed up for dinner here — I’ve seen a majority of men show up in suits!
Um, YES. All around YES! Chef Tim Love not only knows Texas cuisine, he knows what’s up at the Fort Worth Stockyards (where this gem is located). If you’re into exotic meats, you’ll absolutely love Lonesome Dove, but even if you don’t, there’s still plenty of options for you! I will say, though, this is a great restaurant to be adventurous in your choice. New year, new you, right?
Cowboys fans, rejoice! Located at The Star in Frisco, this fancy steak and seafood restaurant gives you a chance to dine in an intimate setting, all while feeling the excitement of dining next to Dallas Cowboys headquarters. Dee Lincoln Prime is also proud to house more than 2,000 wines from around the globe, so I hope you’re feeling extra fancy!
