This annual Grand Prairie holiday event is back and bigger than ever! Round up the family, hop in the car and drive through two miles of twinkling lights (four million to be exact). Located at Lynn Creek Park on Joe Pool Lake, Prairie Lights sets the scene for a memorable family experience November 28 through December 29!
Halfway through the winter wonderland drive, step out of the car and stretch your legs at the Holiday Village. Here, you’ll find plenty of photo ops including a meet + greet with Santa (through December 23), delicious concessions, gift shopping, Holiday Dreams (a one-of-a-kind holiday performance) and the Holiday Magic Lighted Walk-Through Forest! Be sure to bring your cameras with you to the Holiday Village, because the walk-through light displays are magnificent and make for a great holiday photo with friends or family.
For the grand finale, hop back in the car and watch in awe as you drive through an animated light tunnel. Save some cash by purchasing your tickets online. You may want to try the fast pass option to bypass the line! Pro Tip: Be sure to get there early as cars start lining up around 5:45 p.m. The line may be long (unless you snag a fast-pass), but trust me, it’s totally worth it!
