Featured as part of Fort Worth’s enchanting Christmas experience at Sundance Square, Santa’s visits offer a unique photo experience, where kids can sit with the jolly old elf on his shiny red sleigh—surrounded by a giant mouse king and nutcrackers. Encounters with Santa cost $20 (cash only) which benefits the Fort Worth Sister Cities International Youth Program. LEARN MORE

During opening weekend of Christmas in the Square, you can visit with Santa in the historic Frisco Square! On Grand Opening Night, Santa will and his elves will parachute in to ring in the holiday season. Christmas in the Square will also have a snow play area, ice skating, inflatables, trackless train rides, snow slides and classic holiday treats until 10 p.m.
November 29 – December 23
What I love about this Santa visit is that it takes place everyday at NorthPark Center in Dallas until Christmas Eve, so it’s a great way to get your shopping done while making memories with the kids. Come early for story time with Santa, and take photos on your own camera or purchase professional photographs. Tickets are available daily beginning at 9 a.m.
November 16 – December 24
This highly-anticipated Christmas tradition offers a rustic, outdoorsy feel, featuring holiday-themed cabins and snow-covered hills. The best part? The event (including photos with Santa) is absolutely free! Grapevine’s Bass Pro Shop also provides remote control trucks, a laser toy arcade and more fun for kids of all ages to enjoy.
If you want to see tons of Santas in one place, Waxahachie is the place to go. Starting at 8 a.m., they will be hosting their 6th annual Santa Run in partnership with YMCA. Participants can choose between either a 5k or a 1-mile fun run. No worries, this isn’t a BYOSS (bring your own Santa suit)! Every runner will receive a 5 piece suit to wear during the race! A unique drive-through experience along two miles of illuminated paths, this Grand Prairie tradition is a holiday experience you don’t want to miss. Take in the four million sparkling lights and stop by the magical Holiday Village (halfway through the drive) to meet Santa! While the light displays span the entire month of December, Santa will set up shop nightly through December 23, to chat and take photos (with an additional fee).
December 7, 10, 14, 17 & 21
Santa Claus and his elves are taking a plunge at SEA LIFE Aquarium in Grapevine! Watch Santa scuba dive with fish, sharks and stingrays in a 160,000-gallon ocean tank, then pose with him standing outside the tank for a really unique holiday photo-op! After exploring the aquarium, you’ll even be able to get some holiday shopping done—SEA LIFE Aquarium is located inside Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall.
December 7 – 22
The largest indoor waterpark in the nation is getting festive this holiday season! Grab your swimsuit and head to Epic Waters for breakfast with Santa every Saturday until December 21. You’ll get to meet the jolly man in red, enjoy a delicious breakfast and experience a full day of fun at one of the coolest waterparks around.
Head to Reunion Tower this season for exceptional views and photos with Santa! There’s no better place to soak in the Dallas skyline than Reunion Tower’s GeO-Deck. Plus, you’ll be able to enjoy crafts for the kiddos and tasty treats from renowned restaurant in the sky, Cloud 9! Santa’s elves will also be at Reunion Tower every Saturday, starting November 30.
