HOLIDAY TREE OF TREES LIGHT SPECTACULAR
Each night Santa lights up this 60-foot structure in an extravagant ceremony. Comprised of 70 smaller trees and adorned with thousands of lights, the colorful Christmas centerpiece is choreographed with holiday tunes throughout the evening.
THE FROSTY SNOWHILL
Hop on a toboggan and take a thrilling sledding adventure while sliding down a hill made with real snow at the Frosty Snowhill. Line up early because this family favorite is no secret!
ALL THE LIGHTS
You haven’t enjoyed Christmas lights until you spot a Santa-eyed view of holiday lights from the top of a coaster. Much more thrilling than driving around your neighborhood light displays, you can see over two million lights on the New Texas Giant or fly to the top of Texas SkyScreamer to see holiday lights shining over Arlington. It’s the closest you’ll get to seeing them from Santa’s sleigh!
NEW THIS YEAR: MERRY MARKETPLACE
Of course, even Christmas is bigger in Texas. Located in the Texas section of the park, the brand new Merry Marketplace transforms the Lone Star State into a winter wonderland where you can enjoy the sights and smells of a hometown holiday. There’s so much to do in this new area, so don’t miss some of our marketplace favorites:
- Visit with Santa Claus
Explore Santa’s North Pole workshop, listen to a story with Mrs. Claus, write your holiday letter and enjoy holiday crafts for the kids. Have your kids already written a letter to Santa? Take a moment to write a letter to Military members overseas.
- Get Your Holiday Eats and Treats
Warm up next to the roaring campfire and indulge in holiday s’mores or discover why 21,000 hot chocolates were sold last year (adults will appreciate the cocoa bar)! And for a perfect souvenir, pick up a piece of Texas-shaped fudge at the Plum Sugar Shack.
- Calling all Elfies to Get Your Selfies
There are plenty of insta-worthy photo backdrops in the park. Find the Texas-sized mistletoe at the Johnson Creek Schoolhouse and get ready to pucker up. Or strike a pose in front of the historic 1925 fire truck—a favorite holiday tradition.
- Check Off Your Holiday List
Snag your last-minute gifts covered and wrapped or get in the holiday spirit at Market Finds with holiday-inspired clothing.
PRO TIP: The Merry Marketplace closes one hour prior to park closing so make this your first stop!
