I’m all about visiting places that have more than one thing to offer. With plenty of food options and places to hangout (PLUS a cute bright new mural from Kyle Steed to check out!), this revamped old fire station turned foodie hotspot is calling my name. It looks very ‘gram worthy every inch of the space too, and I am not mad about that!
White Rock Lake is my favorite place in Dallas, but I usually only walk or run around it. I really want to go paddleboarding or kayaking on it early in the morning before it gets super hot outside. I love doing anything outside and active, so this one is right up my alley.
Baseball, summer, Texas…yep, all goes together. Throw in a lazy river, and I am IN! I’ve never been the biggest baseball fan, but the thought of watching a game from this lazy river in Frisco sounds like a blast. You don’t have to sweat to death and can cheer on the Frisco RoughRiders. That’s a win in my book!
I’m not sure how I STILL haven’t been here yet! I’ll be darned if I don’t make it here to eat alllll the things this summer, because I’ve heard rave reviews from everyone about this Plano hotspot. The Blist’r Naan Wraps look particularly amazing! Plus, they have live music in the Box Garden almost every night. Count me in!
I seriously want to up my festival game this summer (there are so many amazing ones in the area!) and this was one looks like a ton of fun. Held along the Mandalay Canal in Irving, the admission is free and it celebrates different cultures of the world with food, art, music and more.
I’m from Fort Worth, and I didn’t even know this spot existed until recently! It’s located on the sky lobby of the Frost Tower overlooking downtown, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Whether you’re only grabbing a drink or eating a full meal, you’re sure to leave fully satisfied.
