4TH OF JULY FESTIVITIES
Speaking of the 4thof July, there’s TONS of things to do around Dallas-Fort Worth to celebrate this year. It may be on a Wednesday, but we’re still going all out for America’s birthday!
Ennis isn’t the only city celebrating with a parade! These local favorites around Dallas-Fort Worth featuring fantastic floats, local bands and unique celebrations. Since each city offers a little something different and some parades happen at the same time, I’d also suggest factoring in attractions you want to check out in the city after the parade is over. Take a look at the list and take your pick!
If you look to the skies in DFW on July 3rd and 4th, it’s a spectacular sight. From Fort Worth to Frisco, everyone’s celebrating with fireworks! Local momma @mozdeb helped us round up the coolest firework shows around, including a special five-day celebration at Six Flags and a spectacular show after the horse races at Lone Star Park.
Sports fans, it’s easy to fill your 4thof July with sporting events and fireworks! Watch the Frisco Roughriders from a lazy river on Tuesday and cheer on FC Dallas soccer team on Wednesday, or catch the Grand Prairie Airhogs game Tuesday and the Texas Rangers Wednesday. The choice is yours! All games have post-game fireworks, tailgating and delicious food to get you in the All-American mood.
