Grand Prairie | November 22 – December 30
You’ll be dazzled with four million holiday lights as you drive through miles of two miles of “oohs” and “aahs”. Halfway through the drive, stretch your legs at the Holiday Village and explore the Holiday Magic Lighted Walk-Through Forest, take pictures with Santa, grab a bite to eat or do a little bit of shopping! Did we mention there’s an Indoor Holiday Show? At the end of the night, you’ll find yourself driving through a magical light tunnel — the best way to amaze your friends and family!

Denton | November 22
Gather a group of loved ones and create new traditions this holiday season! The 4th Annual Downtown Denton Turkey Trot is a fun family-friendly 5k, and also includes a Kid’s 1k Gobble Wobble. Proceeds will benefit the Denton Community Food Center. You can also get Thanksgiving-dinner ready by taking part in the annual Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot or Dallas YMCA Turkey Trot, all happening on Thanksgiving Day.
COST — Entry to Denton Turkey Trot is $20 for adults, $15 for kids ages 13 and under
Arlington | November 23 – December 23
The world’s largest Christmas light maze is calling your name! Fill your day with magic at Enchant, where you can walk through holiday light displays, ice skate and listen to Mrs. Claus share stories about the North Pole. Santa Claus will be there, too! You can also get a head start on your holiday shopping at the Enchant Christmas Market. No matter your age, a visit to this winter wonderland is a great way to ring in the season! Dallas | November 23
This isn’t your average tree lighting. At the Galleria, Olympic and National Champion ice skaters will perform (along with Missile Toes, the Galleria’s ice-skating Santa Claus) during the first tree lighting celebration of the season. This is the tallest indoor tree in the country! If you miss the opening festivities, don’t worry—they’ll have tree lighting celebrations every Saturday at 6 p.m. until December 22.

Frisco | November 23
Kick off the holiday season at the Frisco Star, Dallas Cowboys Headquarters! Their opening celebration features performances from the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue Dancers and Drumline. Santa will also be there to join in the fun. You won’t want to miss it! Every Friday and Saturday night until December 22, you can bundle up and head to The Star for a spectacular Christmas experience.
Grapevine | November 23 – January 1
If you’re looking for some snow, be sure to get tickets to ICE!® This winter wonderland is one you should definitely have on your bucket list this holiday season. You’ll get to walk through two million pounds of ice, transformed into sculptures from scenes of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, then take a ride down an ice slide! Dress the kiddos up and get ready to sing along with Olaf, Anna, Kristoff and Sven as they go on an adventure to find Elsa. There’ll even be special appearances by other Disney princesses and members. The live performance of this Disney classic is sure to make for an unforgettably magical night!

Stop by Texas Live! for this one-of-a-kind German holiday market, featuring Kathe Wohlfahrt. If you’re looking for unique finds for gifting or decorations, you won’t want to miss this. Here you’ll find hand-crafted gifts, authentic German collectibles and tons of delicious food.
Lewisville | November 24
Head to Castle Hills Village Shops and Plaza to take a picture with Santa, a Christmas monkey and his sleigh! You can even get a head start on holiday shopping while you wait for Santa to light the 60-foot tall Christmas tree. The whole family will have fun enjoying a petting zoo, live reindeer, stilt walkers, yummy food and a special visit from Mrs. Claus!
Dallas | November 24 – 25
The Harlem Globetrotters are in town! Wind down from the holiday festivities and plan a fun day out with family or friends to watch this epic show of basketball artistry. It’ll have everyone on the edge of their seats! After the game, you can take pictures with the team, get your favorite item autographed and even get a high five from one of the Globetrotters.
